As the Managing Director of Summyt Sports Marketing, Skye has worked in the sporting industry for almost 20 years. Prior to joining 222 Offshore Australia, Skye worked for 7 years in the London office of sports marketing giant, IMG. As the European Project Manager for IMG Media, Skye has worked on the largest sporting events in the world including Wimbledon, ATP Tennis Tour and the 32nd Americas Cup.
The Australian native moved home and poured her wealth of knowledge of media, marketing and sport into her own business, Summyt Sports Marketing. Having had knowledge of Class 1 Powerboat Racing from her days at IMG Media, Skye was well equipped to join 222 Offshore Australia as their Marketing Manager in 2015. Over the progression of the teams growth, Skye has developed a solid presence and brand for the team alongside owner, Darren Nicholson.
As the only team racing in 3 separate Powerboat Championships across the globe, the need for strategic planning and management is key to 222s success. Skye is just one cog in the 222 machine and works alongside a tight knit group of professionals, which is evident at each and every race they attend.
