Huski Racing are the reigning UIM Class 1 World Powerboat Champions, after the first full UIM World Championship in 2022 since 2015. The boat is owned by SVEA Racing Inc, the team behind the well known GEICO boat sponsorship. Huski also sponsor the McLaren F1 race team and a variety of other sports teams including the EFL Championship soccer team, Millwall.
Part of the reason for the success of this boat is the professionalism and experience of its crew and engineering/support staff, with Gary Stray as Technical Director and Scott Colton as Director of Operations.
