Biography

Alex Pratt splits time between his hometown of Clearwater on Floridas Gulf Coast and Southwest Michigan.

I founded the Good Boy Vodka business in 2020 with a mission to support animal charities and Veterans, and our slogan Every pour helps a pup means a portion of the proceeds from every bottle purchased is donated to foundations supporting those causes.

He achieved two Class 1 podium places in 2022 alongside teammate and driver Miles Jennings. The first, at Michigan City, was the debut race for the lime green 44 / 13.4m MTI. He showed just how far he was prepared to push the new boat. While racing in rough conditions, they hit a large wave, became airborne and came down hard, causing damage to the hull and a large hole in the transom.

There was some big water out there today which provided a steep learning curve for me in my debut race season. The team will need to carry out some repairs before the next race on Floridas Gulf Coast and I cant wait to get back into action next month, said Alex.

Currently the youngest Class 1 racer, Alex will have newboat in 2023 and 5 race events to demonstrate his skills to the max.
